This very progressive general contractor was fitted into an existing building that had limited exposure to natural lighting opportunities. The primary focus of the project was to funnel natural light into the building’s core while also meeting the intricate internal networking required in this dynamic business culture.The existing ceiling was removed to gain the precious ceiling height needed for maximum natural light, while also creating opportunities to expose structure and mechanical systems. The resulting aesthetic worked very well with the overall design concept which accentuated the “constructibility” of the space.
