SLEMCO Customer Care Center

After several evaluations of SLEMCO’s existing campus in Carencro, ACSW presented the opportunity to acquire the newly available campus of the previously occupied Knight Oil Tool Building.  With the new campus, modifications were needed to support the program of the facility.  The project consisted of preliminary planning and organization of space along with 17,280 sf Office Renovations and 53,120 sf of Site Work throughout the campus.  Included in these renovations was a 1,160 sf expansion partially retrofitting the existing space and expanding to create a new Customer Care Facility.
