Seatrax

The owner approached ACSW along with a local design-builder with the goal of consolidating their local shops and offices into one master facility. After intense consultation with the owner to understand and quantify all of their present and future needs as well as manufacturing processes, the design team priced and produced multiple master plan options that included land allocations for a new administration building, production facility, and maintenance and repair buildings to be built as part of the initial project. Additionally, the design team produced renderings for the new administration building that increased visibility along Seatrax’s road frontage and incorporated their established branding.
