LPTFA Master Plan

ACSW was commissioned to conduct community outreach efforts focused on creating a design strategy for 7.6 acres of land owned by the Lafayette Public Trust Finance Authority (LPTFA) at the edge of the Central Business District. LPTFA is focused on providing affordable housing while making Lafayette a better place to live, work, and raise a family. Toward that end, LPTFA is constructing a multi-family project known as the Uptown Lofts, which is focused on residents who may fall below average regional income levels. LPTFA was eager to generate a master plan that allows for future development to continue to reflect a community engagement built around their development contributions.
