ACSW Architects along with The Lemoine Company, a local design-builder, implemented a plan to utilize both the new and existing structures to create an improved trucking logistics terminal, while not interrupting the day-to-day operations of the client. The administration building contains offices and large seminar areas that can adjust in size to accommodate small classes or to hold meetings that allows for several hundred participants. Additionally, the maintenance shop on the site was expanded to double its current capabilities. A new truck wash down area and a tractor trailer parking spot has been added to the facility
