C&G Containers

A local Scientific Containers company contacted ACSW along with a Design-Builder to develop a building master plan to be contracted on a master planned greenfield site. This facility incorporates the corporate offices, stock warehouse and several levels of container cleaning departments under one roof. All of the aforementioned program elements have strict adjacency requirements not only within themselves, but with each other. An exhaustive planning exercise was taken to achieve these specific planning objectives. Each container cleaning area has its own specific equipment and atmospheric requirements that the architect along with the MEP consulting engineers coordinated for the owner during the planning of the facility.
