CAD Control Systems

CAD Control Systems approached ACSW along with a local design-builder to master plan a greenfield facility that would consolidate multiple facilities in the region. Containing a three story administration building, along with several large operations buildings containing heavy cranes, this facility would need to be planned to accommodate their current work load and staff, while looking forward to assure that the facility would serve them well for the years of growth to come. Through many coordination meetings with the owners and the facility’s managers, the design-build team was able to produce an administration building that is designed to convey the company’s corporate image and allows for efficient organization of staff. The operations portion of the facility created an efficient layout that accommodated all of the safety elements and expansion possibilities that the owner desired.
