The client for this project was seeking a design that was welcoming and inviting to both the staff and clients. The layout features a large private courtyard that creates a tranquil environment for employees to relax away from their daily tasks. The courtyard is framed by an exterior stairway that helps bring life to the exterior of the building, while the small entry tower engages the street at a pedestrian scale.
