Crystale is ACSW’s woman behind the curtain. She is a native of Milton, Louisiana and has attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. As the Office Manager, Crystale’s knowledge of the office operations allows the firm to run smoothly and efficiently. She is the essential bridge between the ACSW team, consultants, and clients by overseeing the financial and administrative aspects of a project. She is in charge of keeping the wheels moving for ACSW’s day-to-day operations while also implementing the office’s procedures and HR policies.
